Super helpful and competent... even in an emergency... I'm very satisfied. In a critical case/emergency, Dr. Meyer provided me with calming and competent advice via video/photo and was always ready to help. That's not something you can take for granted, and he helped me immensely. Furthermore, although it wasn't an emergency, I did end up needing his services, and my assessment was absolutely correct. A fantastic veterinarian—calm, competent, and reliable... I can wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you!

We are completely satisfied and thrilled. I took my two horses for a dental check-up. For my 3-year-old mare, they explained very competently why she doesn't yet need dental treatment. Of course, they examined her beforehand. A vet with a wealth of knowledge, calmness, and not just a quick way to make money. The price-performance ratio was not only good, but also very friendly. 👍🏻

0 ☆ After arranging a swab sample with the vet, Lea Rockmann was assigned to me. The appointment was made, albeit not on time. After a phone call, I was told she was stuck in traffic. No problem, it can happen. Upon arrival, it was already clear she was under time pressure. There was no calm or patience. After touching her genital area, she decided on sedation, which didn't work and was repeated again. Information about the horse's condition was zero. After the swab sample, she had to rush to her next appointment. I was then advised by a friend and her veterinarian about my horse's condition and what to do next. Since Ms. Rockmann was not available by phone afterward, and there was no information on how I should handle this situation and the horse's condition, I received no information after that either. Two and a half months later, I received a bank statement with a reminder. Mr. Hoffmann took care of the matter, and I received the evaluation and the invoice. I was horrified by this vet from the beginning and she has not received a call from me and will not receive one again.

We felt very well cared for by Dr. Meyer. He was even available for us on weekends. He was very empathetic and competent. Even though we couldn't save our Lilly, he did his best. We are incredibly grateful for his help. His colleagues are also always friendly and helpful. You can tell that the entire team truly cares about the animals' well-being. Thank you so much for that.
