We are completely satisfied and delighted. I took my two horses in for a dental check-up. The vet gave me a very competent explanation of why my mare (3 years old) doesn't yet need dental treatment. Of course, she was examined beforehand. A vet with a wealth of knowledge, a calm demeanor, and not just focused on making a quick buck. The price was not only reasonable, but the service was also excellent. 👍🏻

0 stars After discussing a swab test with the vet, I was assigned Lea Rockmann. An appointment was made, albeit not on time. After calling to confirm, I was told she was stuck in traffic. No problem, these things happen. Upon arrival, it was clear she was under time pressure. She was neither calm nor patient. After touching the horse's genital area, she decided to administer sedation, which didn't work and had to be repeated. I received absolutely no information about the horse's condition. After the swab test, she had to rush off to her next appointment. I then consulted with a friend and her vet about my horse's condition and how to proceed. Since Ms. Rockmann was unreachable by phone afterward, and I received no information on how to handle the situation and the horse's condition, I received no further updates. Two and a half months later, I received a bank statement with a payment reminder. Mr. Hoffmann took charge of the matter, and I received the analysis and the invoice. I was appalled by this veterinarian from the very beginning, and she never received a call from me and never will.

I came to the practice with a cat as an emergency case, was seen without any waiting time, and the treatment and advice on further treatment were very good.

We felt very well cared for by Dr. Meyer. He was even available for us on weekends. He was very empathetic and competent. Even though we couldn't save our Lilly, he did his best. We are incredibly grateful for his help. His colleagues are also always friendly and helpful. You can tell that the entire team truly cares about the animals' well-being. Thank you so much for that.

It's wonderful that there are still vets who take the time for their animals. Excellent consultation and treatment, no unnecessary procedures pushed on us just to make money. Our dog is doing great again. Thank you so much 🙏
