After a very disappointing experience with another veterinarian, we would like to sincerely thank Ms. Reißlandt and her team. We have never experienced such attentive and caring treatment. Both the vet and the staff are highly competent and compassionate. Everything is explained very clearly. Our cat was also very sweet and seemed quite comfortable despite the situation.

My dog ​​was poisoned and urgently needed to see a vet. After a phone call, I was able to get an appointment immediately. When I arrived at the practice, my dog ​​was treated right away. Excellent practice, very friendly staff.

Extremely satisfied... we brought our two-year-old Pointer mix from Turkey because of suspected leishmaniasis. All the necessary steps were initiated immediately, and treatment could begin right away. I especially appreciated the telephone consultation, which helped minimize stress for the dog. The medication worked well, and he regained weight within three weeks. The practice team is friendly and very supportive. The waiting time was negligible, as they prioritize patients based on urgency. We sincerely thank them and wish them continued good health, both human and animal.

My experience with this practice was very distressing. After administering the medication Cydectin, our whippet's condition deteriorated rapidly. The emergency veterinary clinic documented the suspected poisoning in light of the severe neurological damage, and our dog had to be euthanized. We find it extremely disappointing that we received neither an apology nor any attempt at clarification despite this. This practice deserves zero stars.
