The only vet who also treats poultry, in my case chickens, and doesn't just see them as food. Not everyone who keeps chickens eats them. Whatever I needed, it was always done quickly. A great practice; everyone is friendly and very helpful.

We were there yesterday evening, the day before Christmas, as an emergency case. We felt very well cared for and our dog received excellent care.

We took our dog to Dr. Bonsack, who needed emergency surgery due to an injury. Dr. Bonsack went to great lengths to care for our dog, and he received excellent treatment.

They were called out as an emergency. Dr. Bonsack took her time with our cat and explained everything clearly. A very friendly veterinarian.

He killed my girl with a false diagnosis. Supposedly cat flu but 1. the cat was running around normally on Wednesday and on Thursday afternoon it started to show signs of weakness, then in the morning its mucous membranes were pale, breathing was weak and its temperature was only 37 degrees, etc. The symptoms pointed more to anemia. We then went to the emergency room on Friday morning and were told straight away on the phone that only cash was accepted. 1. What we were told was only cash, so in an emergency where every minute counts you have to go to the ATM instead of going to the vet instead of paying by card, maybe people in the village still pay with potatoes. 2. we were told the bottle costs 30 euros, who cares when it's your precious treasure? 3. a receipt like in a euro store where you can't trace anything. Fees and medication, but it's not clear which one you paid for and what injection he gave. Should be ashamed of himself in the digital age. 4. What kind of cat flu injection and antibiotic but which one? Afterwards he gave my girls three large 15-20ml injections of a solution under the skin, which made my girl scream in pain through him and he told me to stay away like her dad, and she was always small, only 2kg, and ate the most of our three. I'm glad it didn't escalate there. If you love your animal, take it to another practice where they can diagnose it properly and don't just listen to it before opening hours. It's cat flu but without her nose being blocked or wheezing. She was just breathing weakly. This is just about making a quick buck, not the animal.
