My gelding spent seven weeks in the clinic with a hoof abscess and received outstanding care! The staff were highly competent, always friendly, and helpful. I was able to visit him every day! Communication and updates regarding his progress and the treatments performed were always prompt and straightforward. Although my gelding has a strong aversion to stalls, he was very relaxed, and this was always taken into consideration. He has since overcome this phobia to some extent! We thank the entire team and would gladly return to Bad Langensalza if needed!

I am extremely satisfied with the veterinary clinic and the caring doctors and team. Appointments are always available quickly and without any problems. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Yesterday, I took my dog ​​to the small animal clinic after no other veterinarian could see us due to being fully booked. There was absolutely no discussion – we were told to come directly during opening hours. The wait was negligible, although at that moment we didn't care at all. We were only there for about 10 minutes. We were treated extremely kindly and professionally. I'm very happy with our visit and incredibly grateful that someone was able to help us. With our first dog, we've been to many veterinary practices in the area over the years. That's why we appreciate this particular animal clinic so much today: exceptional expertise combined with genuine warmth, empathy, and a love for animals. We've been going there for two years now, and in that time, we haven't met a single person we weren't delighted with. From the reception staff to the veterinary assistants (Ms. Ludewig is Willi's best friend here) to all the veterinarians: everyone treats both people and animals with kindness, patience, and understanding. You can ask even the most "silly" question two or three times and still receive clear, thorough, and expert explanations that even laypeople can understand. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Hein. His expertise is impressive, but even more impressive are his warmth and the way he interacts with the animals and their owners. These qualities are invaluable, especially when you're worried about your pet. We've always felt exceptionally well cared for and advised. Our dog, by the way, is the best proof of how comfortable he feels there: As soon as we arrive in the parking lot, he practically drags us into the clinic. That speaks volumes about this veterinary hospital more than any review. We won't be taking our dog anywhere else. Many thanks to the entire team, you're doing a fantastic job!
