My first impression was positive, but then it became entirely negative. When our guinea pigs had a cough and a runny nose (which they still have), the vet only examined them after we asked. Otherwise, he just said, "Yes, they're fine, it should go away on its own." The guinea pigs are still not healthy. But the worst part was that, due to the expertise of another vet, our neutered male developed pneumonia that needed immediate treatment. Dr. Stein didn't even look at the seriously ill guinea pig and just gave us some medication. Very poor work and dangerous for any pet if they aren't treated properly. I would give zero stars if I could! Find another vet who takes their profession seriously.

Dr. Stein was very nice. The castration of our two male rabbits went smoothly.
