A very good and friendly practice where everyone involved, both animal and human, is very helpful. Even though we were on vacation, they were very helpful. Thank you so much!

We had received good care from her in recent years, but unfortunately she doesn't make house calls. Therefore, we had to ask another veterinarian to put our seriously ill Mallorcan Shepherd Dog out of his misery, as we couldn't bring him to her practice due to his illness, size, and weight.

So I'm about to file a criminal complaint against the vet for animal cruelty. A six-month-old dog with a heart defect and fluid in his lungs is no longer eating or drinking. He's emaciated and can only walk a few steps. It's difficult, but we wanted to put him out of his misery. The vet says no, since we haven't been patients of hers for years. Actually, one star is two too many.

A super friendly and competent doctor who takes time for both her animal patients and their owners' questions. This also applies to the assistant, of course. In the waiting room, she not only checks who arrived first, but also which patients are seeing faster or have a more urgent case. These patients are sometimes given priority. I highly recommend her.
