She's a fantastic doctor; I can only warmly recommend her. She restored my dog's quality of life where other doctors unfortunately failed. It was a long process, but with a lot of patience and dedication to her work, she achieved everything 100 percent. Of course, I also have to mention her staff; they're all super friendly; they're a fantastic, well-coordinated team. Ella and her owners are very grateful for the work she's done.

A very competent doctor, very empathetic towards her furry patients. She explains the diagnostics clearly and understandably, in my opinion. Despite an appointment, there's no wait time, although it's only minimal due to a clash. I've been going there with my one-eyed cat for years. The staff are very attentive and friendly, even when it's a last-minute appointment rescheduling with two cats. Of course, it always depends on how you present yourself. What goes around comes around!

I don't understand the 1-star rating. No payment was requested upfront. You receive a friendly welcome and, like almost everywhere, you fill out the contact form at your leisure. Then things get started. The doctor took plenty of time and explained exactly what she was doing and why she was doing it during the examination. The assistant was also very friendly and competent. The practice is small but well-organized, and everything is tidy and clean. There's also plenty of parking. I had complete confidence and felt well looked after, just as I think my pet did too!! Based on my experience, I can only recommend the practice!
