Dr. Kirsten Richter is a great specialist! She and her colleagues are wondeful people taking best care of my dog☺️🙏
A doctor who never admit his mistake
I have been a customer here for almost one year but I have to admit the service quality drops a lot recently. The nurses are very impatient and the costs increased. I am more disappointed when I see how you treat negative comments. There is not one comment that you review yourself and apologize or seeking for improvement. With such an attitude there won’t be improvements in service quality. I feel a pity as the doctor did help my dog from the beginning, but this might be the last visit I pay to this doctor now.
Good and friendly staff, answered all questions, tried to help
Avoid, AVOID! So bad! Worst experience ever!!! I brought my hamster who could run and eat to the doctor, he injected him without asking me, even after I show my hesitation he still did it without getting a “yes” from me. 5 mins after my hamster stopped moving, within 1 hour he died. And the worst came, when I ask for a refund he claimed my hamster who could eat and run actually died from the 10mins transportation from the vet to home, which is not true because we brought him the same way to the vet and he was perfectly fine. When I was so sad and crying, the doctor said “you don’t care about your animal you only want the money”. I could never imagine how a human being can ever be so cruel and himself is a vet! From the whole process I never heard one word of sorry. I just wanted to put a reminder, if you have other options, avoid this one. He never warns you the risk, he wouldn’t listen to your opinion, and he will put a treatment that might actually harm your animal, and then blame you for it💀 Added to the new response, I called and wrote email to that organization even before leaving this review, as a foreigner who don’t speak German I couldn’t do more and he knew it (he didn’t even give us the name of the org it was his assistant who did). And now he claimed he never received anything and who will believe. And to restate the fact, he never informed me he’s going to inject (which he claimed afterwards that as a doctor who knows everything he didn’t need to let his customers know). And yes I saw him prepare the injection so I tried to stop him as soon as I realized what it was, which was before he put that needle any near my hamster. But he insisted and never stopped. I did my research and knew that old sick hamsters are too weak to take injection so I never wanted that to happen. In any case that was against my will. Now we know he doesn’t think he was wrong and won’t change in the future. Please at least take your animal to a place that will inform you things before doing, would be a lot safer.
