Friendly, professional, and highly competent. Riccarda possesses a broad range of knowledge; she explains every step and even provides small exercises/tasks for home. She caters to each dog and owner individually, all in a relaxed atmosphere. We (my dog Lina and I) will definitely continue! Highly recommended!

A truly fantastic canine physiotherapist! Very patient, competent, and friendly with both animal and owner. My Jack Russell Terrier initially had a lot of trouble with the treatment, but thanks to the appropriate therapy, these problems have now completely disappeared. Riccarda is very experienced and knows exactly what she's doing.

It's high time I said 'THANK YOU' to Riccarda. Thank you for the loving care of my old dog Bella and for all the useful information and advice I received along the way. Thank you for your dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest knowledge and techniques, and thank you for not scolding you when Bella accidentally farts during a treatment :)

We've been there twice now and are very impressed. Ms. Mayerhoff takes plenty of time to clarify and explain everything. Even swimming with a dog who doesn't see it as a hobby went perfectly.

We've taken our dog to Riccarda four times now and are extremely happy with her. She takes plenty of time to give the dog a thorough check-up. We especially appreciate that she always keeps the big picture in mind and can offer helpful tips for training and everyday life. Even when swimming, she calmly adapts to the dog's needs and pace to help her develop a positive experience. We're so glad to know our dog is in such good hands with her.
