I wasn't admitted because the receptionist said they had no more spaces available until the end of the week. There was no queue in the waiting area.

Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the doctor himself. The women on the phone were incredibly unfriendly. The practice was supposed to be covering for a doctor on vacation, but they didn't even bother to take me on the phone and just brushed me off, telling me to contact an after-hours clinic (on a Monday!). They said they couldn't take any other patients because their own had priority. If that's the case, then they shouldn't be covering for other doctors!

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, and the doctor was also very personable and highly competent. He took his time and listened carefully.

Only one star, because it has to be given! Our family doctor is on vacation and we wanted to see the substitute, but were immediately brushed off on the phone and referred to an on-call practice that isn't even responsible for our area! I find this kind of behavior absolutely outrageous!

I am very satisfied with the doctor and the team here. Very friendly staff. The doctor listens and responds very well to concerns. I had pain in the middle of my chest and heart palpitations. He was persistent and sent me to the hospital straight away. If he hadn't been so persistent, I wouldn't still be here. I had a pulmonary embolism. It's normal for it to take a while for someone to answer the phone here in the practice; we're in the country, not in the city. We have a lot of older patients here, so things just take longer; we're not in a drive-in. The practice team are only human, too.
