A true old-school doctor. He knows his stuff and when a clinic might be necessary. Mr. Seitz also knows how to use medication wisely and not just to sell something to make money. And speaking of money, I'm happy to leave a tip. His prices are ridiculously low compared to a veterinary clinic. We feel very well cared for by Mr. Seitz!

Initially, I was very satisfied with this veterinarian. During routine checkups and minor issues, I always felt my dog was well cared for. Unfortunately, this changed completely when the situation became serious. After my dog was diagnosed with a serious condition, I was referred to a veterinary clinic. A follow-up consultation to discuss further options was supposed to take place, but this never happened. Several calls and messages went unanswered. When my dog's condition worsened weeks later, I returned to the practice. I was treated rudely in the waiting room and, for the first time, felt unwelcome. I was told that the only remaining option was to try pain medication and that I should keep him updated on his progress. He repeatedly emphasized that I should keep him informed. And that's exactly what I did. When the medication wasn't providing sufficient relief and my dog was suffering increasingly, I contacted the veterinarian again. I described the situation and requested an appointment outside of regular office hours, possibly to end my dog's suffering—a possibility that had previously been suggested by the vet myself. I never received a reply to this message. What still disappoints me is not the fact that nothing more could be done for my dog. Not every illness is curable. What I cannot accept, however, is that as a long-time client, I suddenly received no support, no feedback, and no reliability during one of the most difficult times a pet owner can face. For me, the quality of a veterinarian is not revealed during vaccinations or routine treatments, but when things get serious. It was precisely at this moment that my dog and I were abandoned. Therefore, I cannot recommend this veterinarian.

Very friendly veterinarian! We were passing through and our dog had an eye infection. We simply walked into the practice without an appointment and were seen after a short wait. He took wonderful care of him and spent plenty of time with him. The drops worked wonders, and he quickly recovered. Thank you so much for the excellent and prompt care.

For many years, we've consistently had excellent experiences with Dr. Seitz for our dog and cat. He's incredibly kind to the animals and empathetic with their owners. I especially want to highlight his honest and realistic advice after diagnoses. He's very good at balancing effort and benefit. He always keeps the big picture in mind. We hope Dr. Seitz stays with us for a long time to come. When he finally retires, we'll all be in a real bind! ;-)

For over 15 years, we've taken our animals (dogs and rabbits) to Dr. Seitz. I wish we had a doctor like him in human medicine. He knows exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to do it, without ever losing sight of the patient. Before a nervous dog has to lie ON the examination table, he'll lie underneath it. Everything is done with the animal's best interests at heart. At no point have I had the feeling that he's trying to profit from his profession—unlike in many other practices. He's an excellent diagnostician and handles the animals with great care. And all this at very reasonable prices! For us, there's only one Dr. Seitz!
