We were here on vacation; our Chihuahua had a swollen paw. We got an appointment right away. This practice is highly recommended; the team is very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the veterinary practice as an emergency case with our dog. We were greeted very warmly, and we and our dog were immediately taken care of. Since we were an emergency case, we naturally disrupted the practice's routine quite a bit, but this didn't bother the staff or other patients. We are incredibly grateful for the loving, prompt, and honest treatment! And when we learned that our little ray of sunshine wouldn't make it and had to be put to sleep, we and our dog were treated with such compassion. We were allowed to say goodbye in a separate room, where a candle was lit and the window was opened to allow her to let go... no rushing, just dignified and truly beautiful! A huge thank you for all your help and simply for everything, thank you!!!

I came to this practice on a recommendation. The initial phone call was already incredibly kind and friendly. I saw Dr. A. Nielsen. An exceptionally lovely veterinarian! She took a lot of time and showed great patience with my dog ​​(who is anxious). I am so satisfied. The ladies at reception and the assistants in the examination room were also very, very friendly and caring. They treat both animals and their owners with great kindness. Many thanks to this practice. We were passing through and urgently needed medical help for our Shih Tzu, who was suffering from a painful eye infection.
