Dr. med. vet. Andrea Töpfer

Had I read the reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have gone there. At the beginning of the year, I took my cat to the vet for a pre-spay appointment, which I had scheduled by phone. Because of the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time, we weren't allowed in the examination room. We didn't have to wait long before the vet came out with our cat in her carrier and a twisted towel, only to tell us that our cat was "simply too fat" and needed to eat less. We didn't bother to react, and as soon as we were asked to pay, which cost between €30 and €40, we were done with the vet. Long story short: The only thing that was done was a bit of a trim and a quick clean, however and with whatever, since our cat looked a little bewildered at the end. Apparently, they didn't give us enough attention; otherwise, I can't explain this "expertise." Anyway, whatever. The vet didn't give us enough attention. We cancelled our next appointment because we were not satisfied with the service or the performance; it was simply a disappointment. Everyone should form their own opinion; this is just one person's experience.

My husband and I are very happy with this veterinary practice. We adopted a kitten in the middle of this year. After a short time, our little one developed some strange symptoms, so we were at the practice quite often until, thankfully, an eye swab revealed what was wrong with her. We received excellent support throughout the treatment. Our kitten feels very comfortable at the practice and loves to cuddle with the veterinary assistant. It's worth mentioning that she generally finds people interesting, but she doesn't cuddle with everyone. I think the price-performance ratio is good, even though others here have written that the practice is expensive. I used to take my dog ​​(who sadly passed away a long time ago) to a different vet, and I was very satisfied there as well; the prices were very comparable.

Our Sacred Birman cat suffered from pancreatitis. She was very ill and stopped eating. Dr. Töpfer provided us with excellent care and took plenty of time for consultations. Before any treatment, Dr. Töpfer always consulted with us and informed us about the costs. We found this very fair, and the costs remained quite reasonable. The cat has recovered well. We are very happy that, thanks to Dr. Töpfer, she can now live her normal "cat life" again. And that's what matters most!

We've been going to Ms. Töpfer for many years! This time, we went again for our cat's vaccination. The price is good! She gives free tips about cats. Ms. Töpfer always takes her time and explains everything in detail. We feel very well cared for there!

Dr. Andrea and my British Shorthair cat Minnie are so wonderful! 🤞 I have complete trust in Dr. Andrea and know that Minnie is in very good and professional hands! She has never been unable to resolve a problem, and this is my second cat's treatment with her! I really like her and her team and have complete confidence in them. Furthermore, I would recommend that every animal lover take out pet health insurance!
