Great clinic! Both my cats are regular visitors to get vaccination, any check-up, both were operated on to be sterilized and everything went smoothly for them. They were taken good care of and you can see that employees have love and kindness to animals. Getting appointments is quick and easy, entrance is separate for cats and dogs and doctors take time to check and explain everything thoroughly. Great experience overall
It was unpleasant experience in this Klinik, the front desk lady is sometimes not friendly. And they charged very much. And they also always say one thing and do it in another way. 1. We brought our kittens there for vaccinating, before we went there we called them three times to check the price, and they told me it should be 85 for two times of each cat, we confirmed on the phone 3 times! But when we went there, they charged 60 for each time of each cat. And told me I heard it wrong, they never say that… 2. I took my cat here to do the sterilization, before the operation the doctor told me it costs around 150 euro for the operation, but after that they charged me 380 euro. 3. For taking out stitches, the doctor just take 2 minutes and there is no “köperuntersuchung”, but they still charged 37 euro for that. Anyway I won’t go there again. Really make me uncomfortable…
Very happy with this clinic and how they treat their customers and the cats. Also really good that it is physically separated from the dog clinic. The medical staff there is very friendly but quite young and can be a bit inexperienced in certain cases (e.g. conflicting recommendations among staff about when to castrate our cat). So it is always good to educate yourself and voice your opinion, too. All in all I think they are very professional and do a very good job though. I can really recommend this clinic.
My experience there was very good. I got an appointment within 2 days for my cat Flocon. We were taken on time, the praxis was not overcrowded as it usually is in tierklinik. Everyone I have met spoke English and they were all nice. I was allowed to stay with my cat during the ultrasound which I really appreciate. They handled him carefully, of course he had no fun being there but we were both treated well. What is always a great plus with klinik is the fact that they have a lab in house to analyse blood or urine samples (as other technics), which leads to a very quick result and diagnose. I left the place knowing what was going on with my cat and what to do for him. It is also very useful that there is a parking outside, as the klinik is directly in frankfurt center. I also found appreciable that some areas were made out of windows where you could see through, especially the "stay over unit", where cats are in small cabinets receiving their treatment or recovering from something. Personally it gives me a trustful feeling, because it is not hidden behind walls like other klinik I have been and where you don't really know what is going on. It doesn't mean something bad is going on, it just means that as a pet owner, to see some areas like this one, you just notice the cats (pets in general) are handled well. It is comforting. Thank you for the good experience :)
Even though we arrived early for our appointment and waited our turn, the cat clinic technicians called others without checking the queue, making us wait 45 minutes longer in the same spot! We were extremely dissatisfied with this treatment. Furthermore, our cats were extremely excited because it was their first time at the clinic, and we had extra difficulty calming them for 45 minutes. I hope the clinic staff will change their impulsive behavior.
