We needed to take a medical test and complete some forms for our dog for an international flight. Angela speaks English very well (unfortunately, I do not speak German well enough), and also she was aware of all the forms and rules, she shared her experience and gave us a piece of advice. It helped us a lot. Angela, thank you very much for everything:)

This "veterinarian" also proved to be the epitome of rudeness in my experience. I called her because my dog ​​was dehydrated, refusing food, and currently under treatment, as she was on call. I barely got a word in edgewise; she constantly interrupted me. My sentences were twisted, and my regular vet's competence was questioned. "Dogs are descended from wolves, so it's not critical if they don't eat for a day or two." Maybe. But several days without food and then not drinking is definitely critical. Another vet on duty (we'd already been to him) strangely agreed with me. She then added that my regular vet was on call and I should call them. Then she hung up. The frustrating thing is, my regular vet doesn't even have an emergency service. Conclusion: I completely agree with the other reviewers. Absolutely unfriendly and unprofessional in their tone towards potential paying customers. Bad luck. (Not for me)

Absolutely not recommended. Our dog had an emergency; he couldn't get up (hip dysplasia). After calling, we were immediately snapped at, and the woman was incredibly rude, even implying that we hung up quickly (which wasn't true). After explaining the situation, she stated that they don't treat animals undergoing treatment at HX. Unfortunately, we couldn't take our Ridgeback with us because he had completely collapsed. Despite repeatedly asking someone to come and euthanize him, they refused. In my opinion, Ms. Krieger is not an animal lover, and ultimately, it borders on a failure to render assistance. One star is already five stars too many.

We've been going to Dr. Krieger's practice for years (definitely over 20 years). We take our guinea pigs, rabbits, cats, and dogs there, among other animals. From examinations to neutering/spaying, everything is always top-notch! Friendly, competent, and easy to reach! Appointments and blood test results are easily received via WhatsApp. Even my anxious dog will go for treats. 😉😊

We took our cat to this veterinary practice for neutering. He wasn't even examined before the procedure; instead, we were given an immediate surgery appointment. The initial impression was friendly, which unfortunately masked serious problems. Less than two hours after the neutering, we were allowed to pick up our cat again…still sound asleep. At home, he slept for over seven hours and was severely hypothermic. In our opinion, it is completely irresponsible to hand an animal over to its owners in this condition. Adequate post-anesthesia monitoring was clearly not provided. We were very worried about our pet and felt completely abandoned. Absolutely not recommended.
