They are so helpful, have the knowledge and are going well withe animals. We received a toy poodle and honestly we had no idea what we have to do. What are the obligation toward the state they helped me and guided me what i have to do. Where to register a dog, take a course on keeping a dog, vaccinations, parasites and various insects that attack dogs. I recommend it to anyone who has a pet.
I am from America and traveling with my dog which means lots of paperwork and tests to go between countries. It is very confusing figuring out exactly what my dog needs to travel to certain countries but Dr. Astrid was EXTREMELY helpful. She spent a lot of time researching, calling others, and helping me get the right stuff for my dog. As a foreigner I often get brushed to the side; the other vet I went to in Vienna wasn’t happy to help and wasted my time. I was so happy to find such a caring and helpful team. They even went an extra step and mailed me my dogs paperwork bc I was traveling and couldn’t pick it up! Dr. Astrid & Julia were so caring & helpful!
At the Mayr and Mayr veterinary practice, animals are treated with a high level of expertise and great compassion. The two veterinarians always convey that the well-being of their patients is their top priority and that the animals are treated as quickly as possible. Many thanks for your excellent work!
I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Mayr, who is very knowledgeable about reptiles. My water turtle had stopped eating and had a severe eye infection. Thanks to treatment with two eye ointments and a feeding tip, she's finally eating again, and the persistent eye infection is almost completely healed. Many thanks!
I'd love to give them 10 stars. You can see that both doctors have a heart for animals. They took us in immediately, even though their practice was already closed due to an urgent situation. The animals are also treated with great care. Thank you!🤍
