Dr. med. vet. B. Eigendorf

We've been going to our trusted veterinarian, Dr. B. Eigendorf, for years. He's always friendly and kind to us dog owners and to the animals themselves. You can always rely on him. Since we lost our Betty last week, we'd like to thank him for all the years he's cared for us.

I cannot comment on the nature of his treatment, as we unfortunately had no opportunity to visit the practice. We called on a Sunday at approximately 7:40 pm as emergency patients, requesting in-person assistance. However, we were reprimanded in a stern tone on the phone, being asked why we were only calling at that hour on a Sunday. He had already been on call all weekend, and we were questioned why we hadn't come on Friday. We took a different approach, and the result: it was a tick-borne disease that required immediate treatment. Dear Dr. Eigendorf, unfortunately, emergencies don't always occur during normal business hours. If the on-call shift is becoming too much for you, please refrain from doing it in the future! Thank you!

On May 19, 2026, we sadly had to have our Yorkie, almost 16 years old and suffering from two severe epileptic seizures, euthanized while on vacation at Lake Bergwitz. Dr. Eigendorf came to our aid immediately after our phone call and relieved him of his suffering. Thank you for the uncomplicated help.

Many thanks to Dr. Eigendorf! At his advanced age, already a veterinarian for 50 years 👍, despite his disability, I have the utmost respect for him! He treated our cat competently during the emergency service today, and I had the feeling that he was visibly more relaxed after the treatment, despite being in pain. I hope that Dr. Eigendorf will have much more time to care for the well-being of our pets. Thank you also on behalf of our cat 🐱

We took our pet to Dr. Eigendorf for treatment today. We were absolutely delighted. He's a very approachable, warm, and competent doctor. You really feel seen and cared for. We left the practice with a smile. Thank you so much!
