I was more than satisfied. I got an appointment immediately, there was no waiting time, and the consultation for my cat was very thorough. The treatment itself was also excellent. Thank you to the team, we'll be back!

Quick help, a very empathetic veterinarian, and friendly staff. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this practice.

I had an appointment to have my dog's nails trimmed. Despite explaining that his nails had never been trimmed before and that his paws were very sensitive, I had to restrain him myself without any help from a nurse or anyone else. In the end, not all of his nails were trimmed, and he was bleeding. What started as a €12 appointment quickly ballooned to €40, with the bill explaining that this increase was due, among other things, to the "competent" advice.

I took my cat there as an emergency case, suspecting, based on her symptoms, that she had a blade of grass lodged in her trachea and esophagus. This case required urgent surgery. I arrived right when the clinic opened in the morning and was treated very rudely by a woman at reception. She told me I wasn't a patient and didn't have an appointment. My regular vet was on vacation at the time, and unfortunately, I couldn't schedule an appointment in advance for an emergency. Reluctantly, I was allowed to stay with my cat, but was again told, in the most unfriendly manner, that it could take several hours because patients had appointments. The clinic was empty during my entire visit (45 minutes). In contrast to the woman at reception, the two young female veterinarians were extremely friendly and competent. They examined my cat, answered all my questions, and gave their expert opinion. Unfortunately, due to a lack of instruments, which only a veterinary hospital possesses, they couldn't help and referred me to the veterinary hospital. I went there after leaving the still completely empty clinic. Ultimately, my cat had surgery at the veterinary clinic to remove a stuck blade of grass. Two stars for the friendly veterinarians, but three stars deducted for human error, which has absolutely no place in such a practice. Next time, if I know three days in advance that my cat will require urgent care, I will, of course, call ahead and make an appointment.

The staff was very friendly and really took their time, BUT I HAD TO WAIT FOR A VERY LONG TIME!!! Small waiting room, unfortunately, a family of four arrived long after me (half the waiting room – their dog wasn't very friendly) and had a 45-minute treatment... that leaves a bitter aftertaste. When two incompatible dogs have to wait, it becomes even more difficult... no receptionist. The reception desk is only staffed between treatments; perhaps this should be posted there. Many people came in and just stood in front of the desk... for minutes. Parking is rather difficult. The selection of equipment is rather limited; what we were promised was actually at another practice 😶. Prices are not in the lower range.
