Quick and very friendly appointment scheduling over the phone 🤗… no long wait… very empathetic, loving, and calm treatment of the animals I brought in. I received excellent advice, and my animals were helped. The costs were also reasonable and not excessively high. I will continue to take my animals there in the future because you feel very well cared for. (Even if my two furry friends couldn't show their gratitude 😅😉, I think they were also happy about this calm and loving treatment). Thank you so much 😊!!!
We've been taking our cat to this veterinary practice regularly for over 12 years, and even occasionally in between, and we've always received excellent care. Everything has always gone perfectly, and we've always made appointments by phone. We're completely satisfied with this veterinary practice.
If you want to witness months of animal suffering, this is clearly the place to be. Our dog underwent two surgeries for a torn cruciate ligament – with the shocking result that she still couldn't walk and was in constant pain. After months of this "treatment," the cruciate ligament in her other leg also tore. The actual diagnosis came at a different clinic: bacteria in the previously operated leg. Apparently, not only was the surgery a failure, but so was the aftercare. The subsequent contact was particularly unprofessional: documents were only partially released, accompanied by excuses and doubts about their own work. Responsibility or transparency? Non-existent. For us, this approach was ethically unacceptable and demonstrates appalling incompetence. This is our personal experience with this clinic. We would absolutely not recommend them.
