Unfortunately, my visit to this veterinary practice was more than disappointing. I took my dog ​​there twice, and both times I received a completely wrong diagnosis. The dog's condition worsened day by day. I then took him to another vet who immediately identified the cause and treated him correctly. I had to go back three more times because the illness had progressed so far. After that, thankfully, everything was fine again, and the dog is now doing very well. On top of that, in August, I got an ear ointment from Dr. Moosheimer that cost €39 (the same ear ointment costs €25 at the competent vet, just so you know), which then expired in September (I only realized this when I got home). I confronted Dr. Moosheimer with the whole situation and explained everything to her calmly. Unfortunately, all I got was, "Thank you for letting me know, but there's nothing I can do about it now!" All in all, very disappointing and absolutely not recommended!

Positive: Very quick appointment, friendly reception, and good treatment of my cat. Contrary: They only took an X-ray and immediately diagnosed gastritis – which isn't definitive because you can't detect gastritis on an X-ray. Neither a blood test nor an ultrasound was performed. Furthermore, the practice uses methods like vibrations/rods to simulate what my cat supposedly tolerates, which is absolutely unacceptable in this profession. I felt like I was in a fake movie. I was also told that the cat shouldn't eat for 24 hours. I learned from Fressnapf and other sources, including cht gpt, that if it turns out to be gastritis (it's not even certain), you should definitely not give him anything, as it will make it much worse. Now I give him a few spoonfuls of food every few hours. Payment is also only possible in cash; I missed an EC card payment and a detailed invoice. Overall, the visit was unsatisfactory for me, so I won't be visiting the practice again.

We took our cat to her for neutering. Everything went well, and we were treated kindly and with great care, as was our cat. Dr. Moosheimer and her team come highly recommended.

Very competent and holistic treatment. Our dog had severe abdominal pain and was barely responsive. He was immediately seen and treated lovingly. A clear recommendation—we've found our new vet.
