Absolutely dissatisfied. Making diagnoses without even examining the animal. Thanks a lot, I have no interest in such professionalism from a veterinarian. I heard from my trusted vet that Hackner likes to rip people off with false diagnoses, etc.?
Highly recommended. A beautiful practice, friendly team, and short waiting times even without an appointment. The vet was quick, competent, and precise. No fuss or unnecessary upselling. Truly pleasant. Our two guinea pigs and I will definitely go back there next time they have a problem.
Yesterday, we had to take our 15-year-old cat, Emmy, to Dr. Hackner. Expecting that Emmy could no longer be cured, Dr. Hackner, after his thorough examination, explained the illness and the next steps to us in great detail. Sadly, Emmy had to be euthanized. As painful as this decision was for us, Dr. Hackner handled the process with great sensitivity, after we had given our consent. At this point, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Hackner and his assistant.
Reasonable waiting times, a beautiful and clean practice, and an extremely friendly, respectful, and competent veterinarian. This was one of the best veterinary experiences we've ever had. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
