Reviews
They are the best!
Highly recommended. A beautiful practice, friendly team, and short waiting times even without an appointment. The vet was quick, competent, and precise. No fuss or unnecessary upselling. Truly pleasant. Our two guinea pigs and I will definitely go back there next time they have a problem.
I've been to several vets, but since I've been seeing Dr. Walter Hackner, we've been extremely satisfied!! He takes his time with our dogs and cares for everything down to the last detail. I can highly recommend him ☺️☺️☺️
Yesterday, we had to take our 15-year-old cat, Emmy, to Dr. Hackner. Expecting that Emmy could no longer be cured, Dr. Hackner, after his thorough examination, explained the illness and the next steps to us in great detail. Sadly, Emmy had to be euthanized. As painful as this decision was for us, Dr. Hackner handled the process with great sensitivity, after we had given our consent. At this point, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Hackner and his assistant.
My dachshund had what was essentially an emergency, with a suspected slipped disc. Dr. Hackner was my third doctor to see in the last two weeks, and I can't thank him enough. I came in fearing that surgery was unavoidable for my little dog... however, Dr. Hackner gave me some soothing and anti-inflammatory painkillers beforehand, and what can I say? After the first dose, there was a noticeable improvement in my dog... by the second day... it was as if nothing had ever happened. The medications I had previously received from the other vets/clinics were unfortunately almost ineffective for my dog. I was advised to continue the medication for a few more days... if there was no relapse, the problem should be resolved for now. At the second appointment, when the spine was supposed to be examined under anesthesia... and Dr. Hackner had even arranged an appointment for us before the regular office hours... he immediately said, "We won't do that right now. He's obviously doing well." All in all, I highly recommend them, and... for dachshund owners... I don't know of a better place! Thank you so much in advance, and we will definitely be back. Whether it's for vaccinations, check-ups, or anything else that might be needed. Best regards, and have a wonderful weekend!
