I do not recommend this vet, specially for cats. I took my sweet Kena for a teeth cleaning, and she died after waking up from the anesthesia. She was less than 2 years old… how could they let this happen? They certainly did not give us an explanation of what happened. Did they check she was healthy enough to administer her anesthesia? Were they monitoring her properly when she woke up? They never told us of any risk of doing a teeth cleaning, if they had, we never would have done it. I thought it was a simple procedure… and now we will never hold her again.

Great services and very helpful and friendly staff. I was travelling back to UK with my dog, I had to get her a tape worm tablet before getting back in to the UK. Even it wasn’t a very common task for them, they searched exactly what I need and get the job done in a professional manner. I truly recommend this vets clinic.

Took my cat here a few times. The prices for vaccinations and neutering are much higher than at other places. The vaccines were supposed to be good for three years, as they told me, but they wrote in the Impfpass that it was only valid for one year so that I could come again next year and pay for an unnecessary booster.

Very good help with our dogs, walk in and they found time. Reception staff excellent help, vet very patient with our dog.

The people who work at this clinic are kind and helpful! My cat and I were very pleased with our visit🥰 Thanks for your hard work!🤗🙏
