I took my cat to Dr. Franke because he was very weak and immobile. The diagnosis: two injections, then everything will be fine. A thorough examination or blood test was not performed, even though there were signs of inflammation. Unfortunately, my cat died the very next day. I'm still wondering why a more thorough examination wasn't carried out. Very disappointing—this was not how I imagined veterinary care would be.

Although I find Mr. Francke a very nice person, I cannot give him a good review. My cat was given a completely wrong diagnosis: supposedly lung cancer, with an offer to euthanize her. After a trip to Anicura in Augsburg, my cat is doing well again. She is now on blood thinners and diuretics for a heart problem. And unfortunately, you have to pay for such misdiagnoses...
