The veterinarian herself is very competent and professional, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior was disappointing. A cat meowed loudly for an extended period and seemed clearly restless, yet was ignored. I spoke to the staff member about it several times, but nothing changed. Instead of checking on the animal, she preferred to nibble on her snacks. Only when the veterinarian arrived was the cat finally attended to. This behavior seemed disrespectful and insensitive. Especially after a major procedure, more attention and care should be a given.
