Unfortunately, the vet wasn't there despite having an appointment, and even after waiting for almost an hour, she still wasn't there. The receptionist couldn't reach her by phone either...
I've been taking my cats to Dr. Kröly for many years, and she has always been very empathetic with both people and animals! She never performed diagnostic tests that weren't necessary or beneficial in the situation. She was very compassionate when we had to have our 21-year-old cat put down. I trust her completely as a veterinarian!
