Very insensitive receptionist. The doctor wasn't available during opening hours, and she couldn't offer any improvised help or advice for my sick cat (who has now been put to sleep)!
I've been seeing Dr. Kröly with my cats for many years, and she's always been very compassionate with both humans and animals! She never performed diagnostic tests that weren't necessary or beneficial in the situation. She was very empathetic when we had to have our 21-year-old cat put down. I trust her completely as a veterinarian!
A wonderful veterinarian who treats animals with love and patience. Our cats feel very comfortable with her.
Unfortunately, the vet wasn't there despite an appointment, and even after waiting for almost an hour, she wasn't available. The receptionist couldn't reach her by phone either...
