The best veterinary practice with heart and soul. We've been regular customers with our Labrador for 5.5 years. We're a "Monday model," so "regular customer" is quite literal. Our dog has just had his third surgery, and I finally have to write a review. We are more than satisfied with this practice. We've known and loved Meike from the very beginning and have watched the team grow over the years. All the veterinarians, assistants, and trainees are always warm and dedicated to providing the best possible care. We know our dog is in the very best hands here. And it's not just the animal that's cared for; every question we have, no matter how long, is taken seriously and answered patiently. For all three surgeries, we waited in the parking lot and wanted to stay as close to our Lab as possible. Even then, we were asked if we would like water or coffee. We also have a dog who gets very excited every time we visit. Always happy, but also boisterous and sometimes loud. That's absolutely no problem either. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would gladly give it at least five more stars. Aside from the fact that the practice is always easily accessible and comfortable, the service is fantastic right from the moment you walk in. Everything is explained so kindly, and they really take their time for you from the very beginning. No matter how many questions you have, no matter what time of day or night you need help – you're in good hands here. The physiotherapy department is also top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and empathetic, and you feel wonderfully cared for and supported. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️

Simply fantastic. The team is loving and attentive to our dogs, taking their time and explaining everything clearly. Super friendly, competent, and dedicated. Highly recommended.

If I could, I'd give it 10 stars 🥰 Such a great practice with a SUPER team 👍 You saved my dog's life after an examination revealed that she had a severely inflamed uterus and needed immediate surgery, which is exactly what happened. That afternoon, I was able to pick up my Weimaraner, Leila, and she was doing well considering the circumstances 🥰 Thanks again to the entire team at Praxis Does 😃 Unfortunately, we're moving, and I'd love to take the practice with us 🤣 I wish the team all the best for the future, and above all, good health. The emergency veterinary service was advertised in the Echo... I went there because our cat was suffering from severe respiratory distress. I had called the number several times beforehand, left multiple messages on the answering machine, waited there for 40 minutes, and no one helped us because the door wasn't opened. I then drove to a clinic in Langenhagen, where we received immediate help. Our cat wouldn't have made it through the weekend otherwise. One star because I have to.
