If I could, I'd give 10 stars! 🥰 Such a great practice with a SUPER team! 👍 They saved my dog's life after an examination revealed she had a severely inflamed uterus and needed immediate surgery, which she did. In the afternoon, I was able to pick up my Weimaraner, Leila, and she was doing well, all things considered. 🥰 Thanks again to the entire team at the Does practice! 😃 Unfortunately, we're moving; I wish I could take the practice with me! 🤣 I wish the team all the best for the future, and above all, good health. We are so incredibly happy to have found this veterinary practice! The three veterinarians and their lovely assistants treat our two dogs with such care, the specialist medical attention is highly competent, and we always receive help in times of greatest need. You can immediately feel the love for animals in this practice. Our dogs even enjoy going to the vet now; before, we sometimes had to carry them into other practices because they resisted so much. This is mainly thanks to Meike Does, who gently built trust with both of them during physiotherapy. Now, they bark for her immediately if she doesn't come to them as soon as they arrive at the practice! We especially appreciate that all our worries and fears were always taken seriously, and we always received help and good new ideas regarding our wishes for holistic therapies and alternative treatment approaches. The veterinarians are truly dedicated to helping others; you can just feel it. Thank you for the wonderful work!

The emergency veterinary service was advertised in the Echo... I went there because our cat was suffering from severe respiratory distress. I had called the number several times beforehand, left multiple messages on the answering machine, waited there for 40 minutes, and no one helped us because the door wasn't opened. I then drove to a clinic in Langenhagen, where we received immediate help. Our cat wouldn't have made it through the weekend otherwise. One star because I have to.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice and would gladly give it at least five more stars. Aside from the fact that the practice is always easily accessible and comfortable, the service is fantastic right from the moment you walk in. Everything is explained so kindly, and they really take their time for you from the very beginning. No matter how many questions you have, no matter what time of day or night you need help – you're in good hands here. The physiotherapy department is also top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and empathetic, and you feel wonderfully cared for and supported. Thank you so much for everything! ☺️
