I took two dogs for vaccinations one after the other. They took plenty of time specifically for the puppy, and the visit was completely relaxed for both dogs. My questions were answered.

Dr. Schott helped us a few years ago during a very difficult time by giving us a helpful tip on how to proceed with FIP. We no longer live in Würzburg, but I still think about the support we received from her from time to time. It was very clear that she truly cared about our cat's well-being, and I'm still impressed by how she had such a good sense of the illness right from the start. Dr. Schott, thank you so much for everything, and best regards from Vasilisa! She is in excellent health and living the best life she can.

I switched my dog Lotta to Dr. Schott because I didn't feel comfortable with our previous vet – the consultations were very brief, and the price-performance ratio wasn't really convincing. With Dr. Schott, it's completely different: She takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and makes me feel safe and secure. I especially appreciate her loving way with Lotta – my dog is clearly very comfortable. The medical assistant is also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I feel extremely well cared for at the practice. The price is fair and completely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

One of the worst experiences we've ever had. We went there for an initial check-up and consultation shortly after moving to Würzburg. The veterinarian was extremely unfriendly and treated us with blatant xenophobia because we aren't German. She didn't examine our dog and showed no compassion whatsoever. She insisted on repeating all the vaccinations, even though we explained that our dog had already been vaccinated in Chile a month earlier and had suffered an anaphylactic shock. To make matters worse, she even threatened to call the police because our dog had a pinkish tail. We had to wait for over two hours and were then seen in less than 15 minutes. Despite this, she demanded the full price in cash without offering any real examination, assistance, or advice. We felt extremely mistreated and deeply unjustly treated. I cannot recommend this practice under any circumstances.
