He's friendly and professional, asks about symptoms... He's gentle with the animal; our heavy Tara didn't have to go on that high table, which she doesn't like anyway. It probably wasn't necessary. He bent down to examine her, which I think is great when the table isn't absolutely needed. He was really sweet. And the price-performance ratio is excellent!!
