Dear Dr. Mirbach Team, With heavy hearts, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Lupo on May 1st! 😭 He was with us for 16 years. They were wonderful, unforgettable years! 😍 We would like to thank this professional and compassionate team! Unfortunately, it was too late for Lupo, but Dr. Mirbach relieved him of his suffering and spared him a painful end. We received a beautiful, handwritten condolence card from the team today! A huge THANK YOU for that as well! ❣️

This week, I had to take my cat to the emergency veterinary clinic run by Dr. Mirbach. I can wholeheartedly recommend the practice! We received a very warm welcome, and all our questions were answered promptly, along with excellent assistance. My cat was treated gently and with great care. Many thanks again to the entire team, who are always there with such dedication, even late into the evening!

I had to use the Mirbach veterinary practice in Langerwehe during the week before Easter, as part of their weekday evening emergency service, because my little dog was having severe swallowing and breathing difficulties. I called Mr. Mirbach, and after explaining the situation, he immediately offered to bring Lucky in. Dr. Mirbach took excellent care of my dog. It was determined that the symptoms were caused by a severe throat infection. Equipped with medication and feeding advice, we went home feeling reassured. We also went back on Good Friday because we wanted to have him checked out again before the holidays. He had developed some digestive problems. We received the same excellent care that day. This allowed us to enjoy the Easter holidays with our little one without worry. Many thanks to Dr. Mirbach! It's so reassuring when your pet is in need and you receive immediate help.

Dear Practice Team, We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude. Yesterday, we brought our 15½-year-old Labrador to the emergency clinic, filled with fear and worry. Despite the difficult situation, you welcomed us warmly and treated us with great empathy. You took the time to explain everything clearly and to examine our dog thoroughly. Even though, unfortunately, nothing more could be done for him in the end, we are grateful for your honest assessment, your calm demeanor, and your compassionate approach. In these difficult moments, you made us feel less alone. We took our cat to the emergency vet last night and were absolutely thrilled. Right from the start, we received an incredibly friendly, warm, and reassuring welcome – which was a huge relief in a situation where pet owners are understandably quite stressed. The vet herself was extremely competent, calm, and empathetic, and she took plenty of time to explain everything clearly and without any rush. We felt taken seriously and in very good hands at all times. No rushing, no pressure – just genuine, dedicated veterinary care with heart and expertise. If it weren't for the 30-minute drive, this would definitely be our go-to vet for everyday use. Highly recommended – simply top-notch both professionally and personally!
