Ms. Allebrod visited my horse on Friday, April 29th, because I wanted a second opinion. Unfortunately, she couldn't help him either, but the way she explained everything to me was worth more than five stars. It was with a heavy heart that I had to let him go. She was so empathetic and respectful towards me and my horse that it made even the most difficult situation a little easier. Axim and I would like to thank her again for a dignified farewell. My horses have been patients at the Ruraue equine practice for several years now. The team is very competent, and Dr. Schraven has always been there for us, whether it was at midnight on New Year's Eve with colic or simply for vaccinations. Thankfully, we don't need her services very often. But when it does become necessary, I always feel very well cared for. Highly recommended for any horse owner in the area.

Our gelding suddenly developed choke one evening—a situation that was not only frightening for us as owners, but also completely unclear. The veterinary team arrived within minutes and immediately began treatment. Thanks to their excellent communication, we always knew what was happening and what the next steps would be. The calm, structured, and yet empathetic way in which they treated both our horse and us was truly impressive. We felt professionally cared for and treated with respect every second. The choke was resolved quickly and completely without complications or blood loss—with great skill, experience, and composure. Our horse's life was literally saved. We are incredibly grateful for that. This experience has convinced us: Our horses are in the best hands at the Ruraue Equine Clinic. We are certain that we will continue to entrust our horses to this wonderful team in the future, whether for emergencies or routine care. The team at Ruraue Equine Practice has now provided us with expert support during our second emergency. From the initial consultation via WhatsApp to the on-site suturing of the wound, we received excellent care. Even though we called at 10 pm on a Monday, they were incredibly friendly and patiently tended to my horse. If it were possible, I would give them 10 stars!

Today, Ms. Allebrod vaccinated my Haflinger without him even noticing. I was very impressed and delighted. She's also a really lovely person and explains everything thoroughly. I've found my new equine veterinarian – competent, friendly, and reliable! Thank you so much.
