Reviews
I ALWAYS get an appointment immediately, usually on the same day. Dr. Nürnberg has always been our first point of contact for both our current and previous dogs. We went to her on someone's advice, and I would never choose another veterinarian. She is very competent, you can discuss things with her if you have a different opinion, and she explains everything very carefully and lovingly.
A great doctor who doesn't use a sledgehammer to crack a nut. She knows her craft like no other in my area. She is loyally competent and a leading figure in her field, always there for her patients.
My cat was neutered there today. The vet was super nice and explained everything to me. We'll definitely take our second cat there too, 100%. They're also super friendly and would gladly go again.
Today was our first puppy appointment at a veterinary clinic. The vet's assistant, who didn't greet us with a "Good morning" and didn't leave a "Wait a minute, I'll let Ms. Nürnberg know" as she left, didn't make a good first impression. Afterward, the scheduled appointment was in question. I was finally allowed through to Ms. Nürnberg. We first briefly discussed the puppy food, which was immediately dismissed as "a load of rubbish." Questions about the Stiftung Warentest's test winner for puppy food were summarily described as "the biggest rip-off." "Dear Ms. Nürnberg, unfortunately, the first time we got to know each other was also our last visit with you. We think things could be better. Perhaps you were having a bad moment, perhaps you were under time pressure. Perhaps you just didn't like our nose. In any case, we weren't able to gain any trust in you. What a pity!"
