It was a great experience to meet Dr. Wolf-Faßbender and her team. I will take my cat back to China and have to test the antibody concentration of rabies of my cat. Dr. Wolf-Faßbender gave me great and kind help, took care our cat and followed up the result on the road. I was touched by her working attitude. She and her team showed patience and explained to me in details again and again about the whole procedure. Words are not able to express my appreciation, but I still need to write my feeling out. She is extremely thorough and just genuinely compassionate, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. She will take so much care in making sure you are completely informed and that you know exactly what's happening. You can also tell that the team she works with take after her and are so kind and passionate as well.
