We received a very unfriendly welcome from the young lady. Because our dog was curious about what was in the cage, the lady yelled at us to keep our dog away from the cage. Then we had to stand in the corner and wait like little children. When it was finally our turn, the woman simply threw the pill at us and preferred to make a phone call rather than answer our questions.

Dr. Bücher is a highly competent veterinarian who saved our dog's life with his diagnosis. The practice team is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this practice.
