Appointments were made quickly. Friendly staff, and the animal was handled very well. Our cat received excellent care.

This practice is an unbelievable impertinence. The doctor can't properly evaluate a lab result and simply hangs up because he doesn't like the fact that you're dissatisfied with an absolutely poor evaluation, poor service, and incredibly high prices for such services. A complete disappointment, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If it were possible, I wouldn't have given it a star.

Dr. Bücher is a highly competent veterinarian who saved our dog's life with his diagnosis. The practice team is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this practice.

We received a very unfriendly welcome from the young lady. Because our dog was curious about what was in the cage, the lady yelled at us to keep our dog away from the cage. Then we had to stand in the corner and wait like little children. When it was finally our turn, the woman simply threw the pill at us and preferred to make a phone call rather than answer our questions.
