This was our first time taking our Ouessant sheep to this veterinarian, and we are completely satisfied. We felt very comfortable from the moment we entered the practice – the entire team was friendly, calm, and empathetic with both people and animals. The veterinarian herself seems extremely competent, took plenty of time, and explained everything clearly. Thanks to the treatment, our patient is already feeling much better. We will gladly return and can absolutely recommend this practice!

I've visited several veterinarians, but none have impressed me as much as this practice. You can feel it from the very first visit: it's not just routine here, it's genuine care. The team, the vets – each and every one of them works with a dedication rarely seen. It's obvious that they truly care about the animals and their owners. Their professionalism goes hand in hand with a gentle warmth that immediately inspires trust. What makes this practice so special for me is the crystal-clear honesty in their communication. Everything is explained clearly – step by step, without jargon that leaves you confused. And even when things get complicated, the communication remains calm, transparent, and respectful. You feel heard, taken seriously, and in good hands. I find the fees absolutely fair. It's not about showing off or incurring extra costs, but about providing high-quality care – at a fair and trustworthy price. This is a rare combination: top-notch quality, transparent billing, and open communication about all options. In emergencies, they are there immediately, without hesitation. Especially in critical moments, this reliability is invaluable. You know your pet won't be left alone, that you'll receive prompt assistance, no matter how late it is or how urgent the situation seems. This security provides a sense of calm and confidence, which is desperately needed in such stressful times. In short: This practice offers more than just medical care – it provides trust, security, and human warmth in an often hectic world. It's something that can't be measured in numbers: simply unbeatable in terms of work, approach, and passion for the animals and their owners. That's why I give them 11 out of 10 stars.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinarian. I took my cat there because one of his claws was broken and infected. The examination was very superficial; the claw wasn't properly checked. Instead, my cat was given two injections without any attempt to determine the cause of the infection. My cat reacted strongly immediately, was in pain, and tried to bite out of fear because it hurt so much. Meanwhile, the veterinarian laughed and simply said that nothing had happened. I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful to the animal. In addition, I was only given antibiotics for five days, with the instruction to come back if the infection didn't clear up. I had a bad feeling and lost all trust. So I went to a different veterinarian. He examined the claw thoroughly and discovered small pieces of debris embedded in it, which were causing the infection. Only then was my cat properly treated. For this reason, I unfortunately cannot recommend this veterinarian.

No matter how many times I called (because my vet was closed), they always said, "Come over, no problem." They listen to what you say and explain things really well.
