Animal love meets blatant greed 🥺 (By this I mean, my love for my pet was shamelessly exploited to charge a lot of money, especially for unnecessary examinations. These examinations dragged on for no apparent reason. I agreed to the examinations out of love for my pet, without my consent to the exorbitant price being sought. Was the long wait then an attempt to legitimize the inflated price? I don't mean to question your qualifications. But is it really necessary to stoop to the level of an overpriced locksmith? A surcharge outside of regular business hours is legitimate. But you don't have to go so far as to charge exorbitant fees. Do you not care what your customers think of you? Making a quick buck, even if your customer then thinks: "I hope I never have to use your services again?")
A friendly and easy-to-reach vet. I was there on call because my dog suddenly had back pain. A 20-minute drive is unfortunately become the norm when you need a vet after 6 pm. Dr. Vogel and her assistant didn't keep us waiting and took Parny into the examination room. You do have to wait. It takes some getting used to leaving your pet, but it wasn't a problem. 15 minutes later, the result: a spinal contusion. I was given medication and instructions for home care. The price/performance ratio, including the emergency service surcharge, was acceptable.
Thank you so much...my dog had a seizure over the weekend, one night, and Ms. Vogel was on call. We reached someone immediately and were able to see her the very next day. She examined him, listened to his heart, and took a blood sample. Thankfully, everything was normal. Thanks again! 👍
Thank you so much for your support on our final journey. The day was very sad, but also very beautiful – because she was able to fall asleep peacefully and quietly in my arms. Unfortunately, I've never experienced such calmness and empathy, as well as the attentiveness to our needs. It was very good for both of us. Thank you so much for that! 🫶🏻
Thank you so much for the loving care before and after the dental surgery. If I hadn't been so afraid of anesthesia for my pet, the surgery would have been done two years earlier. But caution and consideration for both human and animal proved to be a great success. The entire team was very empathetic. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. I can only advise every pet owner: going early saves stress and money. The bill was no more than two tankfuls of gas for a VW, at today's fuel prices. And you can't help but say "yes" to that. Everything was reasonable; I know friends who had much higher vet bills. Thanks to the team! 🫶
