The vet are fantastic and caring
I've been taking my 5-year-old dog to Dr. Zschoch for four years and have always been extremely satisfied. After a long ordeal involving emergency services, hospital visits, and exorbitant costs, Dr. Zschoch finally found the cause of her seizures, and with his carefully selected, long-term medication, she's finally doing well again. No more seizures, and she's enjoying a truly happy life. Many thanks again to the entire team; they are always ready to listen and are very friendly and competent.
The first vet who didn't have dollar signs in his eyes and who put my sixteen-and-a-quarter-year-old dog to sleep. That's what I call true love for animals, that my dog no longer has to suffer. Thank you so, so much. Sincerely, Gudrun Schickedanz on behalf of Barney
At Dr. Zschoch's practice, both animals and their owners receive a warm welcome, and the treatment is highly competent. Our dog and we feel very well cared for here. A great team.
Very disappointing organization and communication. Despite repeated inquiries, it took an extremely long time for the examination documents/data I already had to be forwarded. I constantly had to chase after them, without any proactive feedback. What was particularly frustrating was that they later claimed the documents hadn't even been received yet – which is demonstrably false. In the course of my repeated requests for the documents, I was then unexpectedly presented with another, higher bill, which had never been mentioned before. Incurring additional costs simply because one wants to receive their own documents strikes me as highly questionable. Furthermore, I was at the practice with both my dog and cat for vaccinations at the same time, and a dangerous mix-up almost occurred: Due to the carelessness of a veterinary assistant, the dog and cat nearly received the wrong vaccinations. Such a situation should not happen in a veterinary practice and severely erodes trust. Overall, the service unfortunately appears unprofessional and negligent – I expect significantly more diligence and transparency.
