Dr. Illing is a very competent and empathetic veterinarian. She takes her time and is very loving towards our two cats. For her, the animals' well-being is paramount, not financial considerations, which I highly commend! For example, she doesn't just vaccinate everything, but only what is in the best interest of the animals! On behalf of our sweethearts, thank you so much.

Fantastic! A truly wonderful and, most importantly, highly competent veterinarian. She provided expert advice and was a great help to our kittens in an emergency. I highly recommend her!

The vet is very nice and competent. Unfortunately, her opening hours don't work with ours. Our cat is very old and sometimes needs help after 10:30 a.m., so we have to go to a clinic or another vet. It's a real shame, which is why we had to switch.

Dr. Illing misdiagnosed my cat over a year ago. She treated him for cystitis and an upset stomach instead of colon cancer and also performed a dental cleaning. She attributed his persistent diarrhea to a change in his food. Due to her frequent absences last year, I switched veterinarians. At his annual checkup, end-stage colon cancer was discovered. The entire past year would have been different for all of us if we had known the true cause of his ailments. Imagine the pain he could have been spared! I clung to Dr. Illing's assessment of how healthy he was for his age, including his blood test results. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Trust is good, but verification is better.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews. Ms. Illing is a truly lovely vet! You can tell she loves her job. My little cat was treated very well and lovingly. Even as a new patient, I was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. I can definitely recommend her!
