Dr. Schuh and his team struck us as very competent. He takes a lot of time for his patients and explains things very clearly.

Absolutely fantastic! Other doctors could learn a thing or two from him. But be sure to leave some for later! Thank you for your help, Dr. Schuh!

My dog's blood test was explained to me in detail. However, I had to wait 35 minutes past the scheduled time for my Labrador's annual vaccination and thorough examination.

Unfortunately, we were not at all satisfied. We were forced to euthanize our cat, who had a tumor, and, following a friend's recommendation, wanted to have this done at home in a stress-free environment. We were therefore very happy that Dr. Schuh, after consulting with us, was willing to perform the procedure on the same day. However, he made four attempts to insert an IV line for the anesthetic into both front paws (I have never seen a medical professional – human or veterinarian – handle a needle so roughly in an arm or paw). The anesthetic was forced into the cat, causing him to scream terribly. Afterwards, there were several more failed attempts to inject the final medication (thankfully, our cat was unaware of these). Of course, everyone has a bad day now and then – but our cat only had one chance at a relaxed and peaceful end – and sadly, this was not one. Sorry, Dr. Schuh – unfortunately, we won't be seeing you again for our animals!
