My aunt took her cat to this veterinary practice three times in quick succession because he was in severe pain and had completely stopped eating. Each time, he was only diagnosed with a back contusion and given painkillers. No further examinations were performed. As the cat's condition continued to worsen, she finally took him to a veterinary hospital. There, it was determined that he didn't have a contusion, but rather a severe case of gastritis, which had likely been present for some time. The cat had to be admitted immediately and put on an IV drip. At this practice, a total of approximately €250–300 had been paid – unfortunately without a correct diagnosis or effective treatment. This is particularly upsetting because my aunt receives only a very small pension and now has to bear the additional burden of high hospital costs. We are very disappointed and would have expected a much more thorough diagnosis and greater responsibility.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful care our Rose received. Dr. Heymann and his team are highly competent, empathetic, and warm. Even the most difficult (final) visit to the practice was handled with dignity and compassion for both us and our elderly lady. Thank you for that.

My cat was prescribed a medication she didn't tolerate well. I called and asked if I could get a different one. I was told there wasn't one available and they'd never heard of anyone having a reaction to it; they just told me to keep giving it to her. A few days later, my cat vomited continuously for two days until I took her to the emergency vet clinic because she couldn't keep down any food or water. The result: this medication wasn't suitable for cats; it poisoned her. The emergency vet bill was €800, and she barely survived.
