We've been going to Dr. Holger Heymann, DVM, for years. We're extremely happy with him as our veterinarian. My cat was prescribed a medication she didn't tolerate well. I called and asked if I could get a different one. I was told there wasn't one available and they'd never heard of anyone having a reaction to it; they just told me to keep giving it to her. A few days later, my cat vomited continuously for two days until I took her to the emergency vet clinic because she couldn't keep down any food or water. The result: this medication wasn't suitable for cats; it poisoned her. The emergency vet bill was €800, and she barely survived.
The spontaneous appointment worked out perfectly. The reception was very friendly and our Mina immediately felt comfortable, which doesn't happen often. Thank you so much!
