Everybody was very polite , kind and careful even tho my cat was a drama queen and a acted like a beast for no reason. They were patient and managed to treat my overreacting cat with very gently manners and care. Such a nice team of professionals , this is definitely my new pet clinic for my cat , I highly recommend

Today, January 23, 2026, we took our cat Roni to Dr. Schneider's veterinary practice for the first time. We were treated by Dr. Hanka, and what can I say? We are so happy to have found such a wonderful practice. From the initial phone call to the way everyone involved interacted during our appointment, right through to the treatment by Dr. Hanka, everything was simply superb. After deciding to have our cat's teeth professionally cleaned due to tartar buildup, we were told at another veterinary clinic that it would involve a complicated procedure with anesthesia, X-rays, and the possible removal of some teeth – costing between €1000 and €1500! We were prepared to do this for our little Roni, but wanted a second opinion and a cost comparison – that's how we came to Dr. Schneider's practice. During the initial examination, Dr. Hanka explained why such a procedure wasn't necessary and simply removed the tartar herself (since our cat allowed it). We were treated by Dr. Hanka, whose calm and warm manner made us feel incredibly comfortable from the very first moment. At another veterinary clinic, we had previously been advised to undergo a very complex procedure for our cat's tartar buildup, involving anesthesia, X-rays, and possible tooth extraction – with costs ranging from €1,000 to €1,500. Even though we would have been willing to take this step for our little Roni, we had a bad feeling about it (since Roni is already 12 years old) and wanted an honest second opinion. That's how we ended up at Dr. Schneider's practice – thankfully. Dr. Hanka took plenty of time, explained everything clearly and calmly, and showed us that such a drastic procedure wasn't necessary in our case. With great care and patience, she removed the tartar directly – and Roni remained completely relaxed. Seeing how lovingly and respectfully our cat was treated touched us deeply. We are truly grateful for this compassionate care and have finally found a veterinarian we can trust completely with Dr. Hanka and Dr. Schneider's practice. 🐾💖
