Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with this veterinary practice. It was very hectic, unfriendly, and sadly not very animal-friendly. We received help from another practice in Karben later that same day; thankfully, things can be different, and we are very grateful for that!

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this practice in good conscience. I had high hopes that my dog ​​would be helped there. Sadly, I repeatedly experienced that with each treatment and dose of medication, he became worse off than before. They place little value on thorough diagnostics and, without an accurate diagnosis, essentially start therapies blindly, resulting in massive after-effects and side effects. The pet owner's concerns are coldly ignored or ridiculed. It's as if they're saying, "Who among us is the veterinarian here?!" Laboratory tests were very often incomplete, or completely different tests were ordered than previously discussed. My dog ​​never recovered from the last treatment. Other veterinarians have confirmed that the treatment was a mistake and demonstrably harmed him. It disrupted and burdened his entire system so severely, his immune system was so weakened, that he could no longer recover, and we sadly had to let him go.

I sadly had to have my cat put to sleep today. The way my pet and I were treated at the clinic left me speechless. Respect and empathy are incredibly important at this practice. I thank the entire team for their compassion. Thank you for your work 🖤

Everyone working here is very kind and attentive. The prices are also quite reasonable
