I switched to Sven Denzel and I can highly recommend him. I took my budgie there a few weeks ago. My flock has megabacteria, and I wanted to have one of the females checked again for that. He answers questions thoroughly and gives great advice!

We took our two budgies to Mr. Denzel for their first checkup. We felt very well cared for and advised. In our opinion, the examination was competent and quick, without unnecessarily stressing our birds. Despite his routine approach, he took ample time and provided us with helpful tips. We found the price for the examination to be reasonable and fair! We will definitely remain loyal to this practice.

In my opinion, Mr. Denzel is very competent and knows what he's doing. We've taken our African Grey parrot, who's about 35 years old, there several times. Parrots often only show signs of illness later because they don't let on. When you finally notice and take him to the vet, it's already a close call. We've taken our bird there twice already, practically dead, and two days later he was almost as good as new. Of course, all of this comes at a price. The parrot has to be x-rayed, receives one or two injections, medications mixed into his food, inhalation medication, and so on. But he's a member of the family, and you want him to be well. In any case, we're always happy when the treatment works and our little bird is feeling better again. Thank you, Mr. Denzel, for your excellent work, and please take care and stay healthy yourself.

We found this veterinary practice through good friends. It was the only practice that responded to my request for a cost estimate for spaying a cat. That was a definite plus for me. As new patients, we were able to get a quick appointment (initial examination). We received a very warm welcome, and I immediately felt comfortable. I especially appreciated that they didn't beat around the bush; instead, they informed us about everything important regarding the surgery and aftercare without us having to ask. The appointments all seem to be well-organized; we didn't have to wait for any of our appointments and were seen immediately. 👍🏻 Leaving your pet in the care of a "stranger" vet, especially for surgery (even if it's a routine procedure), might feel a bit strange at first, but I immediately felt our Ivy was in good hands, certainly also due to the positive recommendations from friends and acquaintances. The fact that they're very good is certainly a factor. (The last sentence about the practice is a bit unrelated and should be omitted.) Not only Mr. Denzel, but also his employee (whose name escapes me at the moment 😅) are very friendly and loving towards the animal, and I'm so glad to have finally found a vet we enjoy going to and are already looking forward to the next visit for the vaccination 😅😉 Oh, and the final bill didn't differ from the estimate in any way; that is, all the necessary items were listed exactly, so we knew right away what the procedure, including pre- and post-operative care, would cost 👍🏻

It's ridiculous that the doctor told me on the phone he wasn't interested without giving a reason and simply hung up without letting me finish speaking. That's really outrageous.
