Our dachshund always enjoys going to this practice; he also gets along very well with Ms. Neumann herself and is always happy to see her. She provides excellent advice and treatment, and we are more than happy to have her as our vet.

Zero stars, really. We took our old dog there. I've never seen anything so unfriendly and unprofessional. You don't go there for no reason. Our dog collapsed, completely unresponsive. We took her to a different vet, who then diagnosed her with a heart attack. Thanks for nothing. Never again, and absolutely not recommended.

She has been our veterinarian for as long as I can remember; we are very satisfied and hope she will be with us for a long time to come.

I wanted to use the emergency service, but they gave me a completely unprofessional diagnosis over the phone and told me to go to my regular vet the next day. Professionally, that's unacceptable. If you don't want to offer emergency services, then you shouldn't. Otherwise, I agree with the other reviews; the way they treat the owner and the animal is appalling.
