Reviews
Unfortunately, she was incredibly unpleasant. I had to have my beloved cat euthanized, and since my usual vet was closed, I had to go to this one. There was absolutely no compassion; her only concern seemed to be getting paid and not incurring any costs. Completely incomprehensible. My companion felt the same way. If there's ever another emergency, I'll definitely go to a different vet.
Our dachshund always enjoys going to this practice, and he gets along very well with Ms. Neumann herself, always happy to see her. She provides excellent advice and treatment, and we are extremely happy to have her as our veterinarian.

Zero stars, really. We took our old dog there. I've never seen anything so unfriendly and unprofessional. You don't go there for no reason. Our dog collapsed, completely unresponsive. We took her to a different vet, who then diagnosed her with a heart attack. Thanks for nothing. Never again, and absolutely not recommended.
I consulted Dr. Neumann by chance after our dog suffered a bite injury. The treatment of the wound was, in my opinion, impeccable. Since then, we only go to her. As our dog is now getting on in years, we visit her more often. Dr. Neumann isn't supposed to love me, she's supposed to help my furry friend. And so far, she has always succeeded. I'd rather have a doctor with experience than experience with a shortage of qualified professionals. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Neumann and would even give her more stars.
