I would like to express my deep gratitude to Johann Lipp for his professionalism, empathy, and loving care of our cat. Recently, our beloved pet had to have several teeth removed under anesthesia. I was very worried about his health and recovery afterward. Mr. Lipp explained everything in detail, supported and reassured us at every stage – the procedure was calm and meticulous. It's clear that he truly loves animals and treats them with respect and care. Thank you so much for your work, patience, and kindness! Veterinarians like him are truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice for the treatment of dwarf hamsters. The way my pet was handled was very rough and seemed unprofessional. It appeared that the vet lacked sufficient experience or knowledge in dealing with dwarf hamsters. Empathy towards the animal was also barely noticeable. It seemed as if the vet didn't take the animal seriously because it was "just" a dwarf hamster. The exorbitant bill for practically no discernible service was particularly disappointing. When I asked, the vet refused to issue a proper invoice, which I found highly unprofessional. Even after repeated requests, this was refused. In addition, a "follow-up treatment" was provided with dubious medications without any markings, package insert, or label, so neither the contents nor the purpose were comprehensible. I cannot comment on how the practice treats dogs or cats, but I had a very bad experience with small animals (especially dwarf hamsters) here and would prefer a more specialized and empathetic veterinarian in the future.

I had to take my cat to the vet today because of a loose tooth, and I'm so glad I chose Dr. Lipp! He was so gentle, handled my cat wonderfully, explained everything clearly, and operated on him right away. Thank you so much for the excellent and prompt treatment!
