We needed an appointment for our cat at short notice and were able to get to the veterinary practice the same day. Ms. Bernt took excellent care of him and was very attentive and friendly. Should our regular vet be on vacation again, we will gladly return to the VET-Center Gräfenthal and can definitely recommend the practice!

Very friendly staff and veterinarian. My dog ​​was very relaxed here and even let me pet him. I was able to come in on very short notice and didn't have to wait long. I initially thought he had a bite wound after being nipped by another dog, but it turned out to be a deeper inflammation from a tick bite. Many thanks to the team for the quick help.

Dr. Küffner did everything she could for our cat Felix's eye, but unfortunately, she couldn't save it 😢 It had to be removed. She saved his life, so to speak; otherwise, he would have died miserably two weeks later. Our Felix is ​​coping very well with living with only one eye. Thank you so much for the quick help and the loving care Felix received. ❤️ If we ever have any eye problems with our other cat, we will definitely make the trip again.

We were on vacation when our dog got a foxtail awn stuck in his paw and urgently needed veterinary care. We received a very friendly welcome on the phone and were immediately offered an examination. Upon arrival, we were seen after only a short wait. Ms. Küfner was very competent, professional, and friendly. Since our dog is almost 13 years old, I was very worried about the necessary anesthesia. Ms. Küfner took her time, answered all my questions honestly and clearly, and thus made me feel very comfortable leaving our dog there for the procedure. The surgery went very well. We especially appreciated that Ms. Küfner not only treated the acute injury but also considered the dog's overall health and even checked his teeth while he was under anesthesia. We are completely satisfied and will definitely have any future procedures done there again. Many thanks to Ms. Küfner and the entire team – a clear recommendation and five stars!
