Reviews
We have been patients (small animals) for about 8 years and have always been treated fairly and transparently. Here, the animals are not treated like guinea pigs or a money-making machine (in the sense of unnecessary treatments that are ineffective); treatments are always goal-oriented and appropriate. It's clear that the vet and staff always treat with a focus on finding solutions and out of love for animals (and not primarily for financial reasons). Highly recommended!
A very good, empathetic, and competent veterinarian. He is also highly recommended for small animals; he saved our rabbit's life. He has very friendly staff who are always available to answer questions. Dr. Willner takes the time to explain everything clearly. Absolutely recommended for any type of animal!
Never again to Willner. He handled our cat very roughly and was extremely unfriendly. It seemed like he had absolutely no interest in his job. Sorry, but if that's the case, he should really consider whether this profession is right for him. We will definitely be finding a new vet for our next visit.
A very unfriendly veterinary practice. I will never bring my cat here again. The entire team seems unfriendly, and you get the impression they don't enjoy their jobs. When we picked up our pet after a procedure, they didn't even provide the necessary supplies, which is standard practice and expected at any other reputable veterinarian. Furthermore, we weren't properly informed at all; I've never had such a negative experience with a veterinarian.
Our first visit to the practice was very positive. A young staff member took plenty of time, explained everything clearly, and was truly helpful. Unfortunately, the second visit was the complete opposite and the reason we will be looking for a different veterinarian. Willner seemed very unempathetic, handled our cat roughly, and the overall experience was unpleasant. A friendly tone or a smile would have made a huge difference. After this visit, we will not be going back to this practice.
