We got an appointment very quickly. The veterinarian and assistant were nice and friendly. In our case, they were very competent.
The doctor and assistants were very friendly. However, parking was almost impossible; I walked halfway across Durlach with my budgie.
Good practice and care diagnoses of our pets by no means obsolete treatment as I was told rather a current specialist medical consultation with the correct procedure of medication & therapy for our cat diva Lotte:-))))
Modern facilities, but the night staff was quite reserved, could have been more empathetic, and the prices are completely exorbitant.
