Reviews
If you are looking for a friendly, professional and English speaking veterinarian, then this place is for you. The best Veterinarian experience we had. Dr. Katharina is a professional and seems to know how to handle even the toughest cats. We have recommended her to our friends and will definitely return when needed.
Went with my newly adopted dog that I got after multiple consultations with the shelter and ensuring she was a good fit for me, being a first time dog owner. However, upon meeting and within a couple of minutes the vet told me it wasn't a great idea for me to adopt a dog. Completely rude and the opposite of supportive. Tulsi (my dog) was being nice and sweet, no reason to have been so rude. We had just gone to get information about registration. They gave us the information, but I wouldn't go back – especially since there's plenty of wonderful clinics nearby.
I sincerely want to thank Dr Dralle and her team for their support. Very kind and professional!
I found a insured Sparrow on the playground and was calling several Tierartzt Praxises in the region and this was the only place who accepted me to come. They had to put the Sparrow unfortunately to sleep, as it’s skull was crashed, but the empathy from the doctor has to be mentioned. She was so kind and caring, also didn’t charge me, as it was a wild animal. Highly recommend this place, as it is hard to find caring and empathic doctors these days.
Dr. Dralle has been an absolute blessing for my two cats. She listens attentively to my questions and provides detailed explanations (German and English). Her genuine care for my cats' well-being is clear in every interaction. My older cat had a stubborn stomach problem we were able to resolve. She won over my younger cat, too, with her kind approach. I highly recommend Dr. Dralle to anyone seeking veterinary care, specially for cats.
