Unfortunately, I had a very distressing experience at this veterinary practice. During my visit, I felt the situation was not being handled professionally. My animal was in critical condition, and I didn't feel it was being treated appropriately. Furthermore, I found the way the veterinarian spoke to me very unpleasant and intimidating. I had the impression that the vet was intoxicated. In addition, there was some inappropriate physical behavior on the part of the vet, which I found very alarming. Overall, I didn't feel taken seriously or safe there, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this practice.
Our pony urgently needed help over the weekend, and Dr. Zimmermann came and took care of it. He came regularly, and our pony is doing well again. Dr. Wahl also came once, and everything was very positive. I've now switched to him for our dog as well. Dr. May was also very nice and did a great job. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

We were on holiday nearby with our horses and managed to get an appointment for a house call from Dr. Zimmermann for the same day. He examined and treated the mare expertly and even came back on Saturday to check on her. You can really tell he's passionate about his work, and you can always contact him in an emergency.
