I'm very happy there with my dog, Sogge. They take loving care of me, ask questions, and are available even on weekends in an emergency because the animal's well-being is their top priority. Highly recommended! Kudos to the entire team!

Absolutely fantastic practice 10/10 ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Due to my regular vet's illness, I called this group practice for the first time today. Even though I was late (I entered the wrong address into the GPS) and had never been there before, I was greeted so warmly and with so much interest and understanding. My 12-year-old miniature pinscher, Lotta, had a very high fever. I was given plenty of time to explain her medical history and other health issues. I was listened to and given their full attention before any consultation even began. This is something I rarely experience; often, they don't seem to care at all. But that's not the case at this practice. Together with me, the owner, and the vet, the optimal care for my little darling was determined and ensured. Despite other patients arriving at short notice, there was no sense of rush or anxiety. The diagnostic work was impeccable, and the advice regarding further treatment was very competent. I learned about many new options regarding her pre-existing conditions, which is why I didn't originally need this "emergency appointment" at all. The high fever (40 degrees and up) was treated incredibly quickly, and half an hour after the visit, my little old Lotte was back on her feet, hungry, and eager to finally go for her walk. I really like my regular vet and have always felt very well cared for, but this practice surpasses even my vet, something I never thought possible! Such a lovely team and such competent veterinarians are very rare (and I've been to all the nearby clinics and have had some bad experiences with them). In this practice, the animal's well-being is the top priority, not the revenue... regardless of time constraints or whether you're a new or returning patient. In short: I felt truly seen and, above all, taken seriously as the owner. But what was even more convincing was the immediate improvement in my dog's health. Less than an hour later, she was like a different dog, almost back to her old self. 10/10. Not to mention the value for money. I received full medical care at the clinic and a complete supply of medication to take home, and the costs were very reasonable. If your beloved pets get sick or you're no longer satisfied with your current vets, I can say from experience that you're in excellent hands at this veterinary practice, and if I need them again (hopefully not anytime soon), I would definitely go back without hesitation. Keep up the great work! 👍 I'm still thrilled and am even considering switching... my regular vet is great, no question... but here, I'm also involved as the owner, and I've never experienced that before! It felt good, almost a little overwhelmed by so much attention and interest. Not this "I'm the professional, you're the layman!" attitude. (Not like: I'm the professional, you're the layman!) It was even emphasized here that I should contact them again immediately if there was no improvement. Please keep in mind when writing this review: I introduced myself as a new patient. I only have such a close relationship with my long-time vet, and we've had to find alternatives quite often – but we've never come home from a visit to an unfamiliar vet feeling so thrilled, satisfied, and almost "healthy." My miniature poodle and I are in excellent hands at this practice. The entire team is so attentive, regardless of how busy it is. The treatment isn't rushed like at many other practices. They clearly take their time with the animals and their families. You can see how much heart and soul the team puts into their work. Thank you all – you are such wonderful people who fight every day to ensure the well-being of the animals and their owners.

The entire team at the practice is very friendly, understanding, and empathetic. The whole team takes a lot of time, whether by phone or in person. You can ask many questions, and every treatment is explained. Anxious owners and anxious dogs are in excellent hands. My little dog had bad experiences with his previous owners as a puppy and later a bad experience at a veterinary clinic, which also affected me deeply. The team in Oettingen provided us with excellent care afterward. We are very grateful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Juuki has been with Dr. Sohst since the beginning, and there has been absolutely nothing to complain about. In the spring, he had a growth (tumor) in the corner of his eye that had to be removed. I really appreciate Dr. Sohst for being so open with me: "I'm not equipped for this procedure, and it's a complicated operation. I recommend you go to the veterinary eye clinic in Augsburg." I called and got an appointment for Juuki there three or four days later, and he had the surgery a week later. Everything is great now. Besides the routine treatments (vaccinations, blood tests at my request) and all the other minor ailments, we've had several "emergency" cases with Juuki, and he was always admitted and treated the same day. The entire practice team is very friendly and competent. We're sticking with "our" vet!
